Good, sensible advice at a fair price. This firm was able to help us negotiate good contract language with a service provider. We are a small non-profit and the contract was rather non-standard and confusing. They helped us ask for rewording of several important clauses so that our interests were better protected. Also just gave good, sound legal advice, some of which I still quote to this day. Recommend.
