My case was too complicated for removing condition on my conditional green card. But with Ms. Monique great efforts and guidance i got my green card approved... she is very professional and responsive... i am very thankful for her.

She was no help with my green card process. After asking me multiple times, she achieved to mix my first and last name on the application. I paid her extra so she would be available via phone if my interviewer asked me questions and guess what she did not pick up her phone and did not offer a refund for the service I did not use. I paid her more than 7K in total and I regret it.
