I recently sold a 3 family apartment on October 31st and as anyone who has gone thru this process will tell you there are many twist and turns and unforeseen bumps in the road. Joe O’Sullivan and his team at Statera Law , especially Amy scope were amazing. They were very knowledgeable, supportive and timely with any questions or needs that I had. I had a truly excellent experience working with Kyle Smith and the team at Statera Law on my recent home purchase. This was my third time going through the home buying process (not to mention numerous refinances) and Kyle and the team made everything so easy and streamlined working with lenders, agents, and other legal representatives involved in the transaction. Kyle does a fantastic job of translating complex "legalese" into information that's easily understood by non-lawyers and was always available to respons to even the most basic questions. I would absolutely work with Statera Law again for future legal needs and recommend them highly.

I worked with Statera law in closing a condo. It went very smooth initially and they were very prompt with any questions I had. The reason why I say "initially" is because during the last days of closing, we were missing a signature. It looked like closing could have been delayed for a long time, but the entire team worked very efficiently and calmly to make sure it wouldn't be that way. Needless to say, based on my review, I was very satisfied and impressed how quickly the turn around was for the hiccup. A business/firms ability is truly measured when things don't go as planned. Statera law performed remarkably and I would highly recommend then.

I was referred to Kyle Smith by another excellent attorney. Kyle Smith and Amy Scopa did not disappoint. Kyle was available at anytime of the day and even late at night to answer my emails! He was patient, organized, and efficient! Our transaction was not an easy one, but he kept us posted at every step of the deal without overwhelming us. He handled the closing such that we would be on record the same day (last Friday of the month), and personally picked up the last check at the buyer attorney home who was working from home!
