Monique has helped us with my permanent resident card. She has been amazing! She is very thorough and created a very good case providing all the necessary documentation and much more. We got my permanent resident card without any issues. For the removal of condition she helped us provide a lot of documentation again - which I believe was the reason that we were not called for interview during this process.
