I am a general contractor and hired Victoria to handle some collections from vendors and customers who didn't pay their bills. Victoria set expectations from the beginning and updated me regularly on the status. She was able to resolve a lot of the disputes and come to an agreement on the money owed. Her fee was definitely worth it and I am happy with the final collected amounts. I am now having her draft some contracts for me as well.
