Attorney Nick Halks is an excellent attorney. He not only takes the time to work with you but he is very attentive to detail and unlike many attorneys he works for you and most importantly gets the results you want! Nick is an all around very knowledgeable family attorney and aggressive when it comes to getting results. He doesn’t back down or make promises he can’t make come true. From day one my case was difficult and he never promised me something that couldn’t happen but in the end he was able to get more then ever talked about. Atty Halks was my attorney for a child custody and child support case. I used him twice and he was amazing! Very attentive. Whenever I contacted him, he would usually get back to me ASAP. He was great at listening to me about what I want, don’t want, and my fears when it came to court. He’s very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He definitely makes you feel more like a friend than a client. Fees were reasonable. I would definitely use him again if needed, but hopefully I don’t. I have referred him to two others who have used him and they’ve been very satisfied with his services as well.
