Liz, Katie, Danielle, and their whole team was great throughout the process! This was our first homebuying process so we had a lot of questions. They took the time to explain everything, while ensuring there are no delays in the process. Highly recommend them for future legal needs related to real estate!

The Barletta team provided exceptional and quick service. We worked with Kathryn Donovan on the Barletta team and she managed to turn around our P&S documents in record time which ensured we met all of our purchase and financing deadlines. Katie was very responsive to all of our questions and provided great instructions on what would be needed for the closing.

Difficult to work with. They have led to delays in closing due to their so called “obsession with perfection”. Would not recommend them to anyone I know and in the future will avoid any real estate sales or purchase that involves them.

Updated from 2-star to reflect continued lack of follow-up: This office was difficult to communicate with, and left me hanging after a property sale went poorly. The office didn’t return my calls on two occasions before closing on the property, as well as once afterwards. I offered to pay the attorney I had worked with for additional hours when some concerns about the property came up after closing, which she politely declined, and told me she would follow through on the issue with me gratis— but she has not followed up with me beyond forwarding some vague emails with the sellers’ agent, despite my prompting her to touch base again last month. I raised my concerns with the attorney individually on 3/20 and have heard nothing back. I am not trying to be a difficult client or to ask for any unpaid labor, but I need help finding out what my next steps will be. Hearing “sorry, but we can’t help you further” is fine and expected in these situations, but being serially left hanging is not, nor is having to follow up on unreturned calls multiple times during the actual homebuying process. I would not recommend Ligris, or Attorney Grimes, for real estate law.

Being in real estate sales, I work closely with many attorneys; in this case, Chelsea Coogan. She was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and fun to deal with! That says alot!! Thanks, Chelsea!

As a real estate agent it is important to work with a great team of people to get the transaction done and the happy clients in the house. I work a lot with Meg Landry of Ligris (and have also with others from Ligris) and the service is AAA+++ every time. I can highly recommend them!
