Karla is an excellent lawyer. Her and her team worked very efficiently to complete the close of my first home, and with great care. Has a first time buyer, I was very nervous. Karla did well to address my nerves and maintain professional ethics. I would recommend her and her team.

Karla represented by husband and I when we sold our home in MA to relocate our family to the midwest in 2017. It was an extremely stressful time and Karla handled everything we needed with our closing here, including attending the closing and transmitting documents to our loan processor for our new home, so we could focus on what was a complicated relocation. Karla actually saved us during one of the most stressful moments of that move when our mortgage broker & realtor for the new home insisted we couldn't sell & buy a home in the same day (after we were already en route there & had all our belongings in a moving truck!). They insisted that we would have to wait *5 days* to close on the new house. Karla immediately stepped in & offered to call the mortgage broker to explain a way to work with the federal law that they were saying was the roadblock. Both the very experienced mortgage broker & realtor complimented Karla to us about how she went above & beyond.
