I had an amazing experience with Consumer Rights Law Firm PLLC. I came across their site during research to remove an erroneous collection that kept popping up every two years. Matthew was my main point of contact and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with. He also kept me in the loop during the process. Be prepared that the process can take a "moment" to wrap up a case. I thought it would be 30 days but Matthew and his team said it would be more like 90 days and they were spot on. The case just wrapped up and, in my favor, so for me, it was a relief that I do not have to battle this anymore, as it hit my credit during a time where my husband and I were buying a home, causing an issue with approval since my score took a 50-point hit. Since the case is now closed, the results have been a 50-point increase in scores and my top score is now in the 700s, so what a blessing to have found this company and even more so for Matthew to be my go-to person during the process. I am very happy and would definitely recommend their services in the future as well as recommending Matt to work with as main point of contact. He is also very responsive at all hours, and I appreciate the communication whenever I had a question or concern. I had a credit card company that was calling me relentlessly to the point of harassment. Matthew was wonderful and was able to get them to cancel the amount owed on the card as well as owe me money for the harassment. He was very personable, nice and has this solved in a very short time! I only expected Matthew to get them to stop calling me over and over… he went above and beyond and did even more than expected.
