Upon starting with a new company, my previous one failed to correctly update my employment status. This led to multiple issues regarding insurance coverage, payroll, and 401 k. I had to do something, but I didn’t know where to start. Dan was able to deal with Big Pharma’s team, managed to get the record rectified, and achieved the outcome we sought. Through the process, Dan was attentive, supportive, and acted with a sense of urgency. He is very much appreciated.

Attorneys are people I hope I'd never need, but when I did I was glad I called Dan Murphy Jr. Not knowing much about the legal process or how things work, or even options I had - Dan made sure I was always the smartest person in the room. He kept me informed of my options and strategies, he remained levelheaded in stressful situations, and took the time to explain every step to me and always took my calls, never making me wait on answers.
