Robert Luber really helped me with my divorce. It was uncontested, however, i did have a spouse who was a bit difficult once paperwork started. Mr. Luber assisted my Texas Law Firm in the processing of an out of state Writ of Habeas Corpus for Return of a Child. This occurs when a parent or non-parent withholdings a child against a court order. The issue was further complicated by the writ being in Texas and the child being in Massachusetts.
