Ken Cossingham and his associates handled a very difficult divorce for me over a 2.5 year span after being moved from another state. I found Ken, his associates and staff, to be very responsive always taking or returning my calls immediately. They were always upfront with the hurdles we had ahead as well a taking the time to explain things in terms I could understand. Ken always amazed me how prepared he was for court having to sift through 4 years and many file boxes of information. Overall I was very satisfied with the services provided by Cossingham Law and would highly recommend them for any legal needs.

I cannot say enough negative things about this office, specifically attorney Ken. He was 3 hours late for my closing, then sent the check to the wrong address, not even in the correct town. He then did not do the closing right so my husband and I had 2 late morgage payments on our credit. Finally, he told me he faxed our home owners insurance our HUD sale copy which he did not do, so the insurance is still active now 6 months later. I strongly advise using a different office for closing of properties.
