John has closed several real estate deals for us over the years and recently prepared a multi-layered Estate Plan including wills, Real Estate Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, etc. we have a disabled son so it was important that all the trusts were set up in compliance with disability law so that the funds allocated did not supplant his government services.
