Attorney Buzzell was the light amid what was, undoubtedly, the darkest period of my life. Witnessing my mother’s courageous two-year battle with cancer was devastating, traumatic, all consuming, and life changing. Moving on with my life as a wife, a mother of two young boys, and a teacher was difficult, to say the least, and just when things seemed as though they couldn’t get any worse, my husband made the decision, through irreconcilable words and actions, to end our marriage nearly three months after my mother’s passing. The next thirteen months would have been virtually impossible to endure without the unwavering support of Attorney Buzzell. Paid this lawyer on two occasions. Claimed he never received payment even though the checks we’re deposited months earlier. Let the restraining order against my ex who at the time was being tried for rape and A&B laps so now him and his current girlfriend have harassed me at home, online, and at my place of work. Lawyer didn’t show up for last two hearings. Lawyer hasn’t answered calls, emails or mail. Had to have him email all information to me so I could obtain another lawyer, took 2 months to even contact him to retrieve this info. Horrible service. He doesn’t know law at all.

Hired Attorney Brais to handle probate matter for my wife. Should have been straight-forward. Attorney Brais let it drag out for a year which resulted in opposing counsel file for damages. Both my wife and I called attorney Brais dozens of times. He NEVER returned the calls. Finally, after telling his secretary that I was going to file a complaint with the bar association, he spoke with my wife telling her this was “small money” and there was no action we could take. We went to this guy for help and he made matters much worse. Even stranger, he never sent me a bill. How many lawyers don’t bill? I suspect that there was something else at play, but can’t prove anything.

Tasha has consistently been understanding, supportive, and kind towards us and our legal neds. She does not try to impress you with her legalese and is very up-front about the best approach in adressing your individual case. She is patient and explains every step of the process in a way that you can understand and is very responsive to any type of communication.
