This office sends out multiple copies of the same exact letter and never returns calls. They represent the most unscrupulous property management company I have ever seen and clearly does not even understand what they are actually representing. Their lack of response or any sensible communication makes me wonder if they actually are purposely trying to help this company prey on others by sending out collection notices on their behalf.
