Needed help with the immigration problem of a family member from Brazil whose problem had a serious time issue. Ms. Lacroix just kept putting us off and left us hanging. She was sorely lacking in compassion and didn't see any urgency in our problem although we were practically begging her for a resolution. Bad choice on our part. A waste of time with this useless lawyer.
