“Even when the deck is stacked against her. In my case I was ready to plead out before I hired Dana. It was clear the judge and the prosecution team had a lot of history and respect for each other, looked like a team from where I stood. Even with Dana she was definitely the underdog. But Dana made it clear that there's Laws and procedures that trump any DA+JUDGE relationship and that what's right is right and what's wrong is wrong….. She didn't back down or stop fighting for until a case I was ready to plead out to out of intimidation, WAS DISMISSED AND THROWN OUT!”
