Charles is an excellent attorney and a man of great integrity, honesty, and kindness. He is amazing at his job and has helped countless people like me who needed legal help. Charles is a very understanding lawyer who listens and cares about people. He was able to get my civil case dismissed and was extremely efficient. I am so grateful I found his practice he Is a family man, and a caring human being. I greatly recommend his legal services. Mr. Maguire is truly spectacular at what he does. When I was facing an underage OUI case I was scared stiff, but he was able to calmly look at the facts of the case and handle it with efficiency. Whenever I wanted an update on what was happening or if I needed to make an appearance, he was able to accommodate me and give me heads up. He turned what was essentially a life altering charge into a situation that I could handle and afford.

Charlie was extraordinarily helpful in my case. He has such a great relationship with everyone in the courthouse and everyone knows him by name. He was honest and upfront about the whole experience. He was nothing like you expect a lawyer to be and I mean that in the best way. He was trustworthy and would recommend him to anyone.

When my son found himself in trouble with an OUI we were scared and didn't know where to turn. On the recommendation of my mother who had know Charlie for years prior we reached out to him on a Sunday night by phone and email. He responded within an hour and ever since then he has been available for any questions we might have or just for a bit of reassurance. He worked hard and I'm pleased to say he was able to get any charges against my son dismissed. I truly think Charlie is angel and works hard for anyone who needs his services. My husband and I worked with Charlie buying our first home. He was recommended to us by my parents who have worked with him many times and he did not disappoint. Him and his assistant Corinna were so helpful and made this scary process seem like a breeze. He was so careful checking all our paperwork and even found gaps in our purchase and sale agreement and added an addendum that covered all our bases even a month after buying the house when the seller was looking for more money. Would absolutely recommend Charlie to anyone and will definitely use him in the future.

Charlie just handled a house closing for us, and it was great dealing with him and his office (Corinna is the best). I would highly recommend using him for real estate transactions. We also in the process of building a house, and Charlie is doing a great job on that as well (it is ongoing, until the house is finished).

my experience working with Attorney Charles Maguire on the purchase of my house this year has been extremely pleasant unlike others in the past. He is very helpful and easy to work with in many ways, generous with his advice and always has his client's best interest in mind. Also as a first time landlord who is trying to navigate through the complexity of the rental laws in Massachusetts, Mr Maguire even went out of his way to help me to draft a lease agreement for my investment property. He was representing my wife and I on a closing of our mortgage. Not only he answered every question we had, but he also took his time to walk us trough all the paperwork and answered every single question we had. In addition, I later contacted him about a delay on automatic payments that were scheduled and he also helped me right away with the issue. I found myself in an unfortunate situation one weekend. I made a call to a prominent acquaintance in the law field, without hesitation he told me to call Attorney Charles M. Maguire, he is just the man for the job. Boy was he right. I spoke with Charlie twice on a Sunday, it was also Fathers Day. He made time for me, calmed me and explained what I could expect in court the next morning. Immediately after my court appearance Charlie met with me in his downtown Northampton office. In the weeks to come Charlie always had to for my questions and concerns and kept me updated on what he was doing concerning my case. He obtained police reports, videos, and even went the extra mile to go to the location of the "incident" and get the lay of the land and take photos. Together we went over the reports, videos and evidence. Charlie was very impressive when I got my day in court, he really knows his way around a court room. in record time he had the charges against me suppressed. If plan A had failed Charlie already had plans B and C figured out as the next steps to take. A relationship with Attorney Charles M. Maguire is more then lawyer and client, he also becomes a friend. I cant thank him enough.
