Friendly and professional! They helped us through a very difficult deal with a lot of moving parts (including a highly incompetent, combative, and uncommunicative team of individuals representing the buyers of our home) and they did an excellent job. It was a real nail-biter but they got it done! All in all a great experience working with these people.

Peter and Sarah have a way of making you feel like everything's in control and that they'll draw your attention to necessary things, not unimportant details. Buying a house, buying property, no matter if it's a dreamy one, is a high-stress activity. Not only will they focus on detail and take care of it for you, pulling you in only when it matters, but they'll do it with good humor and a down-to-earth sensibility as well. They're awesome folks.
