Not impressed. Was cc’d on a letter sent to my mother that could not have been more passive aggressive and unprofessional. Also believe that many hours were billed tracking down people who should not have been tracked down. Once we’re done with this process we will never use her again and will steer people looking for recommendations away from her as well
