We had a complicated situation that had our existing attorney completely flummoxed, and potential replacement attorneys refusing to get involved. Attorney Steve Allen leapt right in --- highly responsive, remarkably knowledgeable, creative, and ACTIVE. He was forcing the action right away. Comparing his approach to former representation is like comparing an ER Doctor to a lunch lady with a First Aid kit. We knew immediately that we were being protected and led in the right direction. Spoke to him on the phone and he told me to email certain materials to him, which I did immediately. A week went by with no communication from him. I sent him an email to confirm that he had received both emails (which had I had relay receipts for both emails and no bounce backs). He never bothered to respond to any emails. I am in the legal field and this lack of communication is a big red flag.

My husband and I worked with Gelerman and Cabral LLC when we purchased our first home this year. We would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.
