Unprepared and disorganized in court proceedings
“He lost at every opportunity he had to win. I caught him sleeping in his car during recess and he should've been working on his clients case. On the biggest trial of my divorce settlement; he rested early on his arguments, because he was unprepared, and forgot a major part about the case.”
