Carla is kind, professional, and smart. She helped me get out of my bad marriage during the height of covid with grace and intelligence. She was absolutely a rock when they tried to pull some shady things, like stealing all my stimulus checks and trying to make me share my husbands extremely high credit card debt. The opposing lawyer started screaming during one of our Zoom meetings and Carla was absolutely cool as a cucumber. I got my stimulus money back and I did not have to take on paying back his CC debt. I hired Carla Halpern to assist me with a no contest divorce. She was clear about what to expect, made the process much less petrifying than I'd thought possible, and I felt confident with her on my side.
