When I made my decision to file personal bankruptcy I googled bankruptcy lawyers and chose Andrew Evans. I am so happy I called him.When I met Andrew for my consultation he was kind and reassuring. He made me feel at ease. I am thankful everything worked out for me. I would strongly recommend him. I can’t thank him enough.

We were at a loss when a contractor we signed an agreement with took our deposit plus additional funds for flooring then called to notify us he was filing bankruptcy all within a 30-day time period. The dollar amount was greater than Small Claims Court. We called several attorneys who did not give us much hope or options. Finally, we were referred to Andrew Evans who gave us several options and hope that it wasn’t a complete financial loss for us. Between his advice and his experience in bankruptcy we ended up recovering the funds from a deadbeat contractor. In addition to recovering the money he made it possible that the contractor exclude our debt from his current bankruptcy filing and any future claims. I recommend his survives.
