To represent us settling parents' estate, Beverley was hired by family member (personal friend of Beverley's) who with myself was legally appointed co-executor of parents' estate. Beverley, who I'd never met 'til she called to inform me she'd been hired to handle the estate did not (f/over 3 yrs.) return my calls, respond to my correspondence, keep me informed on estate's status or represent my legal interests/share of the estate. Copies of letters she gave to me and said she'd sent to parents' financial institutions were determined by the financial insitutions to be fake. One institution was so appalled by Beverley's blatently fake letter that they vigorously urged me to immediately hire my own attorney to investigate and prosecute Beverley for those fake letters. I did not have assets to do that. Beverley allowed other family member to bar me from parents' home by changing locks. Despite my repeated requests f/key to enter parents' home, Beverley refused - f/over 1 yr. - til day before keys to parents' house were given to new owners. By that time 99% of contents had been removed. I basically received 2 paintings I'd given my parents. Despite my request to have my parents car sold, Beverley allowed other family member to take car to her home and let it sit in her driveway for over a year. By time Beverley addressed vehicle, it had rotted, beome total loss and estate had to pay to have it taken away and trashed. Parent's had very successful business. Their accountant personally told me their estate was 2-3 million dollars. Basically I received only 1/2 of their home - period. Beverley actively and intentionally denied me access to all other monies and gave other family member bulk of the estate. It is sad to say, but her attitudes, actions and behaviors were blatently criminal.
