My simple motion for weekend parenting time dragged on for almost 4 years. I had 1 attorney who quit after I questioned whether he would still charge me when he had been proven wrong, and 1 who phoned it in during covid. I was prepared to represent myself, since it was clear I couldn't pay anyone to care as much as I did about my kids, but my sister persuaded me that I needed representation, so I gave it one more shot and hired Robin. Robin distilled every issue I had down to the arguable legal facts, and was upfront with me about whatever wouldn't hold up in court. She picked up her phone every time I called. We had many arguments about what I wanted versus what she thought I could get, but these debates only strengthened her arguments to opposing counsel. I was very appreciative that she not only listened, but heard me. Even when she did not agree with me, she was prepared to argue my case. Ultimately the outcome we had was a pretty close match to what I asked for. I am an exacting and thorough client, and I will be the first to tell you I am not an easy person to work for. Robin rolled with the punches, which I think is probably her greatest strength, is to hit the ground running, prepared to face whatever the situation is that day. She ended this long legal nightmare for me. I told her I needed a "closer," and she came through for me. The legal process is long and arduous, and she is not a magician, but if you can brace for the long haul and don't expect miracles, she will get the job done. The third time was the charm for me. My experience with having had several attorneys, and ultimately recommending only this one, hopefully speaks for itself.

Robin is simply the best. I hired her in 2010 for a child custody/visitation complaint. I was the defendant. She worked hard, leaving no detail unturned. She fought for me and the rights of my daughter and won the case for me. Now almost 10 years later, there was no doubt I would seek out anyone else but her to represent me once again, as the defendant, with a complaint relating to the same case. She listened to me, she was available to me 24/7, always put my mind at ease with my concerns and once again, won my case! She's smart, she's tough, she knows her sh**. I would not hesitate to refer her to anyone. I am now having her draw up my will. You hire Robin, you will NOT be disappointed!

I hired Robin, last February, for a child custody case. She had been working on my case from then until this point, which is over a year. Not only was Robin great when it came down to the fight she was also there when I needed her. My case was a VERY tough case and she handled every bit of it with the exact tenacity I needed from a lawyer. She always had my back. She fought hard for me! I would recommend her to anyone!

She was never prepared for court always had to refresh her memory. Always trying to make deals with opposing lawyer not in your best interest or your child's. Was more emotionally involved with the content of the matter and when it was time to present the case in court she would always strike out for lack of knowledge for what needed to be stated. She would never follow though to get was asked of her. She always was acting like a defendant never the plaintiff. I would never recommended her to anyone. My biggest regret is not getting a new lawyer sooner.

I called Robin with a child support issue, things quickly and unfortunately turned into a custody issue and she handled everything with expertise and the utmost professionalism the whole time keeping my child's best interest top priority! The first time I used Robin as my attorney she did a great job -- like a magician she handled my OUI (I walked out of court and didn't believe how lucky I was). I used her again for my divorce and she was great. I love her work. She gave it to me straight and did exactly what she said she would do!! You can count on Robin.

Do your research thoroughly. Dig deep in the internet to find other reviews. Robin has no legal skills, no communications skills, no writing skills, no administrative skills, and no organizational skills. Her annoying, stern tone that is meant to convey a "I have been there and done that...wait till you see me in court" attitude is just a way to get you to pay an up-front retainer and then drown you in ridiculous administrative fees. When she shows up in court she is not dressed professionally, relies on her client to "refresh her memory" and then speaks to the judge with that same annoying and stern tone that screams..."I want to convince you I know what I am talking about....while in reality, I have no idea what is going". Don't fall for her sales pitch. Before you hire her just simply go to court and see her in action....you are better off representing yourself. You will loose with Robin...more than you just your case...you will loose a lot of money.
