Michael Martin assisted me with a difficult issue related to my father's estate. He and his team were efficient and effective, and all around a pleasure to deal with.

I called to ask a simple question and was told that I needed to pay $300 for a consultation fee in order just to get a question answered. Was not asking for consultation just a simple question as I just said. That is outrageous to charge somebody to answer one question.

I would love to have given them a good review. Except they couldn't understand the case, put three lawyers in our meeting vs one to drive cost up, took a retainer which was used up in one meeting, refused to return any of it.. and we got nothing. Their first invoice added all the initial screeners calls despite indicating they would not be billed, then when complained, they conveniently removed those so the first meeting was the exact cost of the full retainer so nothing could be returned. When questioned that our first meeting was a waste of time, with no legal understanding by firm, they just cashed the check and moved on. If you want a law firm who cares.. who will bill honestly.. who has the acumen to understand anything detailed.. we had a negative experience and lost $5000 in a matter of hours..

Andrew hochberg represented me for a child custody case. My defendant had Cianflone. Fired hochberg for doing absolutely nothing id ask. Then a year later is in the same firm with the defending parties lawyer… super crooked
