Franklin was wonderful through my divorce. My emails and questions were answered almost immediately- eve on the weekends- he was so knowledgeable of the court system and how the day pans out, he moved quickly and with purpose. He was informative as to what I should expect and explained the process of a divorce with my goals in mind. When I needed a criminal lawyer, his father stepped in and they worked together with verbiage and a plan to keep my safety in mind. The best part about Franklin was his ability to turn my overly emotional responses into well spoken, matter of fact, statements and represent me in the most professional manner.

Steve refused to do anything. He missed deadlines, he filed motions without my consent and he was unprepared to represent me. He allowed my wife to hide $250k and he told me he couldn’t subpoena bank records because it was too expensive. I fired him and he retaliated against me by refusing to turn over my legal file and he spread rumors about me that he knew to be false. He told me I owed him 60,000 dollars for his ‘representation’ but he refused to give me an actual bill with any kind of explanation. Don’t go near this guy. He is a horrible person

Very pleased to write a positive review. Franklin Triffletti helped me through a challenging legal process. I live out of state and had little understanding of Massachusetts law. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. All communication was responded to in a timely manner. I was full informed of each step of the process and of what to expect. I would very highly recommend this law firm.

I cannot caution you enough to steer clear of this man. He is the worst of the worst. Within two months he allowed a hate crime to be committed against me by the opposing side and after learning my half sister committed financial elderly abuse against my mother he refused to report it to Attorney Generals Office as i requested. What he did do was continue to bill ne for another year and bankrupt me, He refused my request for ann auditor after finding my sister stole 130,000 dollars and had been abusing her power. After further investigation Mr. Trifiletti was helping himself to my mothers money by abusing a document that his assistant slid in front of me in case of an emergency, was able to sign my name, and was making disbursements out of my mother’s funds without ever telling me draining the account down to zero. The sad part is my sister was legally not a co personal representative as she disqualified herself by committing the financial elderly abuse against my mother but this champion of elder services refused to report. He is a corrupt politician to boot. Please note that if I’m lying, Mr. Trifiletti has every right to sue me for lying and damaging his reputation, but has yet to do so, because he knows that this is true please do not trust your families money to him, and do not trust him to be fair or to act as anything, other than judge jury and executioner. My request for an explanation has gone on answered. Has Mr. Trifiletti knows what he has done is not only illegal, but a violation of his power as an officer of the court. He is the worst of the worst and racked up over $64,000 in billing and a case that should’ve been settled in less thantwo months.

If you are looking for a caring, understanding, intelligent and seasoned attorney, Steve Triffletti is the attorney you want to represent you. Mr. Triffletti and his team took an extremely difficult, convoluted divorce lasting years and put it back on track. It’s the best decision I have ever made.
