I ended up buying a wrong condo from a rude builder, due to this attorney Nancy. She should be informing every things in the contract, as it was my first purchase. Instead she assigned me to her junior staff Sarah. Both did not apprise me with the things that I should be expecting or warned about potential consequences in the contract. Sarah sent email with hundreds of papers in the last days before closing. On top of it she yelled at me, for not picking her phone call. I can't believe Nancy keeps such unprofessional staff at her office too.

We were buying a house without a buyer agent. The seller agent was very nice and helpful before we made the offer, he also introduced an attorney to us. Later, we realized we need to have an attorney who we can trust. We switched to June Oh as our attorney. June is very professional and helpful, she answered all our questions and guided us through this stressful process. Many thanks to June! We Highly Highly recommend June to whoever needs a real estate attorney! we will use June Oh again when we need to.

I had the pleasure of working with Nancy on two separate occasions. On both occasions, Nancy was extremely professional and attentive. One of our closings was particularly complicated and drawn out due to extraordinary circumstances from the seller. Those outstanding issues carried over for nearly a year, and during that period she continued to follow up diligently. I was very impressed and expect we'll be working again with Nancy and her team in the future.

Very responsive and professional.
I use Lee & Associates to close on a property I sold in Dorchester. This was my first experience selling a property and Michelle made the process go through so smooth. Any and obstacles thrown my way was easy executed (at least she made it seem easy) and I only went into the office once. Everything was done online and via text due to my lack of phone usage at work. I would highly recommend and most definitely use Michelle and her team again.
