My in-laws used Falco & Associates and Senior Resource Center (SRC) for estate and Medicaid planning and were very happy with the service and the outcomes of their work. So, when my parents needed help in sorting out some estate planning issues created by another law firm, we went right to Falco and SRC. Attorney Judy Flynn helped us navigate a complex situation and she resolved it in a way that was beneficial to my parents. She and her team also revised all their documents (wills, trusts, etc.) so that they would work in a coordinated way as part of a plan rather than one-off documents. This service is an ongoing one and they update these documents as life situations change. Most recently, Judy and benefits coordinator Kevin Spitz helped my father become eligible for Medicaid as his health had declined and was in need of nursing home care which is incredibly expensive. Others on the team helped us evaluate nursing homes and how to go about the admissions process. It’s not something we do everyday and it was great to have someone knowledgeable working on your side. All throughout our interactions with Judy and the team, they have been patient with our questions and took the time to explain (and re-explain) the rules and the options were presenting to us for our consideration. I encourage everyone to start early with your own estate planning but, whether you're early or late, I would strongly recommend you talk to Falco & Associates and Senior Resource Center to see how they can help you and your family.

Falco & Associates, PC have an amazing team! Attorney Ron Kearns and his Paralegal staff were particularly adept at helping our parents with updating a trust in a time sensitive manner that resolved legal concerns with complex property sale issues. Their recommendations protected their assets and help them transition to their new home with confidence. At one point their case manager came to the house to expedite signatures to meet a critical deadline. Superb customer oriented, family friendly and professional services. I highly recommend them.
