Going through what I went through was stressful enough and having to deal with it legally even more so. It was serendipitous that I found Keri to work with. She was the last option on the list of lawyers I was referred to from my malpractice insurance company but I saw that her firm was on the same floor as the office I used to work at. Everything happens for a reason and I'm glad I went on that simple fact. Having someone file an ethics violation after being in practice for 15 years was a gut punch, especially since I had done nothing wrong. Keri walked me through the process and helped settle my nerves about the situation. Her write up of my defence was as if she had experienced it herself. I cannot recommend her highly enough. No one wants to ever have to defend themselves against anything in court but should you find yourself in that situation don't hesitate in hiring her.

For two years I had a long drawn out court battle for custody and visitation of my amazing children. I went through two lawyers and could not understand why we continued to try and seemingly get no where. It was painnfully slow and drawn out for over a year and a half most times coming out feeling like nothing changed and I was generally frustrated with the lack of results and could not understand how this was the process. At which point someone had recommended attorney Driscoll to me and I heard testimony speaking to his experience and authority in the court room. After sitting down and meeting him face to face I knew it would be wise to have him on my side. Attorney Driscoll is real, extremely honest, and to the point. I don’t know if I can write this review without getting emotional, but I’m going to give it my best shot! My husband walked out on my son and I while I was at work, completely out of nowhere, blindsighting us. I left work that morning with a completely normal life, and I came home and realized my entire world had come crashing down. I spent the next two days calling anyone I could find to try to figure out what my next steps should be. I came across Attorney Driscoll’s information and after reading his reviews, gave him a call. I left a message with him on a weekend, assuming I wouldn’t hear anything back until at least the next business day (or with my luck, I wouldn’t get a call back), but he called me back the same day, on a weekend. Not only did he call me back, but he took the time to talk to me, to listen. It only got better from there! I hired Mr. Driscoll to represent me and he made sure to stay on top of things and check-in with me regularly. He continued to amaze me throughout the entire process. Even after all was said and done, he called me personally to wish me a happy holiday. Will is a good listener and figured out how to get me what I needed financially after a marriage ended. He returned my calls and my case did not drag on and on. I have a friend that got a terrible deal in her divorce, she just wanted out as fast as possible, and now she regrets it. I did want to be taken advantage of so I needed someone tough that could stand up and fight for me. I never plan to go back to family court, but if I had to this is the attorney I would want representing me.
