We initially thought this was going to a very simple and uncomplicated real estate transaction. However, it ended up becoming very complicated with unexpected title issues, insurance and mortgage complications and lots of family drama as the home was being sold by our father to multiple family members. I can’t imagine navigating this process without Brad. He was beyond competent at handling all roadblocks that we hit and offered very good advice along the way which protected our interests. For weeks, we were calling and emailing him at all hours and he always took our calls and was very helpful. His office staff (paralegals, receptionist and other lawyers at the firm) were all very professional as well. We are very grateful to Mahoney Law Group because I am certain that we would have lost the opportunity to buy our family home if it wasn’t for Brad.

My family used Brad Mahoney as our lawyer to purchase a home. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process.
