Highly recommend! We hired Brad and his team to represent us on both the sale and purchase of our homes this year. Brad and his team are AMAZING. Extremely responsive and helpful. We had some issues with the purchase of our home as the AC being in working order was questionable. Brad listened to my concerns and made sure there was language in the P&S to cover us should something happen. He also vouched for us during closing when the seller was being difficult.
