I was involved in a stressful criminal case. David took on the case, He responds in a timely fashion, he personable, professional, and doesn't make you feel judged. David remembered every detail of the incident I explained to him. Long story short I received a not guilty verdict.

David was great in helping me sort out an OUI and getting me on the right track to putting it behind me. I would recommend him for his knowledge of law and ability to translate that into a plan for moving forward.

I contacted daves office a day after a bad car accident I was in. I was very unclear of what would happen and what to do. They got back to me immediately and Dave took the case and was very transparent in explaining everything and he went right to work in resolving the charges. I was involved in a big misunderstanding which involved family and also resulted in a court proceeding. I hired Dave because I had gotten into two accidents within a one year period. My insurance company attempted to claim I was more than 50% at fault for these two accidents and another minor accident in which I was not driving. I didn't know my rights or if it was worth my time to even appeal (I figured the insurance company would just claim it was my fault and that was it), but Dave was able to get two of the three accidents dismissed and the third will probably be dismissed soon.
