I cannot say enough regarding the help that I have received from Judy with my difficult case. From the beginning she got results, she cared, and she always had time for me, even with her busy schedule. Not only is she highly intelligent, but she is extremely perceptive and knows her way around the legal system. She is persistent and stands up for what she believes in. I have had very very bad experiences with lawyers in the past and cannot recommend Judy enough. She is a delightful rarity among her peers. If you're lawyer shopping then look no further. Attny. Flynn Is an excellent lawyer. She led me through the whole process of caring for an elderly mother. Her health medical and living decisions. She made me comfortable from the first meeting at her office and was always available to answer any questions at a moments notice. My mother was in a rehab facility and we were informed that her Medicare benefit was being terminated. We felt it was too early and that she needed more rehabilitation, and we had seen an article by Attorney Flynn on the subject. After assessing my mother's situation, Attorney Flynn advised us that my mother's termination of benefits on the basis that she was "not improving" and "stable" was actually against the law. My mother needed continued rehabilitation in order to maintain her status. Attorney Flynn appealed the wrongful termination of benefits and my mother was provided with the additional therapy she needed. We recommend Attorney Flynn wholeheartedly for any elder law issue.

I came in to see Judy because it became obvious that my mother could no longer take care of my father. She was very thorough and my mother and I were impressed with all the options. Not only was she able to protect all of his assets for his future security (and that of my mother's), but she helped him get placed in a gorgeous assisted living facility. We could see that she is truly dedicated to her job and her clients.

With a deft hand and precise legal mind, Judy extricated us from an impending nasty lawsuit in short order. She was able to masterfully turn this imposing threat 180 degrees and expose it for the fraudulent, petty and unjustified ploy that it actually was. All the while keeping us notified and completely aware of happenings, Judy truly empowered us to persevere. In my humble opinion, keeping one's spirits buoyed during legal action is critically important to a positive outcome. I can't imagine a better advocate or legal partner. I fully endorse Judy and have recommended her to more than a few colleagues.

Judy Flynn has represented me and protected me for a span of over four years in an ugly family situation. She could not have fought harder for me if I was her own family member.
