I retained Jon Davey almost 2 years ago to represent me in what is called a “premises liability” case. He did an excellent job on it so I went to him for a fiduciary and probate law issue my family was having a few months later. Since then I have been using Mr. Davey as my primary attorney and his card never leaves my wallet.

Mr. Davey has been representing my sister in a complicated situation that resulted in the death of her husband last year. He was recommended to us as a probate attorney to help with his estate and he is now proceeding with a wrongful death action. He has been relentless with his pursuit against the defendant's insurance and my sister's insurance. I retained Attorney Davey in a recent slip and fall accident I had while visiting an apartment complex. The railing for the stairs in the main vestibule gave out suddenly leading to my hospitalization and long-term rehab.
