Attorney Perlman is one of the best lawyers that I have hired. He is smart and astute and knows the system inside out. Because of him I am able to stay in the country and get a not guilty verdict after a criminal trial. i highly recommend him.

Max Perlman represented me at the extension hearing of a 258E order in which I was the defendant. Mr Perlman is smart, confident and articulate. He successfully argued that the order need not be extended and offered several relevant points of law to support the argument. The order was vacated. Mr Perlman was respectful in the courtroom while handily neutralizing any objections by the plaintiff. Mr Perlman was accessible, compassionate and relatable. He is a very good lawyer and I would recommend him highly.

Max D. Perlman represented me in my harassment prevention order case in which he cross examined the plaintiff. He did a great job asking questions during the hearing. I had hired Mr. Perlman last minute but he did everything he could to make sure that this harassment order was not extended. He was able to answer any questions I had and informed me with everything I needed to know. As a result the order was vacated.
