Our case involved an attempt by park mngmnt to ammend our 5 year lease signed last year. It would have involved considerable rent increases in our 55+ mobile home park. Ryan took our case, researched it thoroughly, and represented us successfully at the town's rent control board meeting. His efforts in our behalf was very impressive indeed.
