I recently sold a condo without using a realtor. I googled real estate attorneys and found Rick Carter to handle the closing. He was very knowledgeable and personable. After our first conversation on the phone Rick sent me a packet of valuable information. I knew exactly what I needed to do on my end for the closing to go smoothly. He was easily accessible anytime I had a question. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and continued to send me important information that I needed. I went to his office in Reading only one time. All the paper work was organized and ready for me to sign. I signed documents allowing Rick to represent me so I didn’t have to be at the closing. The process went very smoothly thanks to Rick. I was able to head to my home in Florida and not wait weeks for the closing. I received a check the day after the closing.
