It is always a true pleasure working with Rick. All transactions on which we've partnered with Rick have gone smoothly. Should a contract problem come up along with the way, Rick is always able to quickly resolve the issue to ensure a prompt and on-time closing. We've worked with other real estate attorneys and too often they are not able to remedy problems with such ease. Rick is not only exceedingly efficient, but also genuinely personable and more than willing to answer any questions posed by our clients and office staff alike. His response time on emails and calls is also to be highly commended. These are just a few (of many) reasons why Rick is our preferred real estate attorney and the reason we recommend him to all of our clients who are buying or selling a home.

I recently used Carter Law (Rick Carter) for both the purchase and sale of homes. Rick was extremely responsive to any questions I had. He would return my call or emails very quickly (at the most within a couple of hours). The communication was outstanding througout the entire process. Rick and his firm specializes in real estate law and closings and this was clearly evident. Rick encountered an issue from a previous closing of mine back in 2003 where our loan was not discharged properly and the lender was no longer in business. Rick was able to remedy the situation and we were able to close on time. Both closings went very smoothly. Rick was great at explaining all closing costs, escrows etc. to my wife and I. He is very personable and truly great to work with. I found Rick's fees to be very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Rick and his firm to anyone that had an upcoming real estate transaction. Great experience!

Attorney Rick Carter has been my "go-to" attorney for the last five years. I have instilled trust in his office to represent me on countless real estate transactions.
