When I initially contacted Mr. Hoiberg, it was upon the referral of another Massachusetts attorney who thought that his level of professionalism, his knowledge of tax matters and his attention to detail would best fit the estate matter I was responsible for administering. His professional reputation was borne out over the course of several years of legal work that he did on the complex estate matter that involved multiple states, foreign jurisdictions and some complex tax work. Over the course of this representation, Mr. Hoiberg repeatedly proved thoughtful and pragmatic in his legal advice and careful in the detailed work he did. He provided me with copies of all documents/work products and made himself available as needed to review anything about which I might have questions. I appreciated his sensitivity in handling personal, family matters, but also his tactful yet direct approach to seeking needed information and diligently searching for the best solutions to his clients' problems. He is a skillful attorney and feel fortunate to have been referred to him for assistance in the administration of a complex estate from a remote (out of state) location.
