Christopher Casey attorney at law is amazing! I've already left a review, but I did some more research on him and this kind man posted several things that are free information and guidance that I think it's rare to see an attorney give out for free and it was something that I needed. the post is about planning a future or steps to do if you have a child with special needs and that's not even what I called him about but when I found this information I said look how much more amazing this attorney is than I thought he was thank you so much!! I had to come back and make another post and another review because I appreciate this information once again thank you so much!!

I'll tell you this as we all know when someone dies people act crazy and vultures will come knocking on your door and perching on your roof. My Level of anxiety before speaking with attorney Casey was so high that I was having an anxiety attack and after I'm sitting here relaxing with my legs crossed in my massage chair. He answered every question that I needed to know quickly concisely and I can breathe now for a little while. Thank you so much! Chris Casey and Allison Burns successfully resolved a complex and difficult Probate action for my family that was both legally difficult and emotionally devastating. When my father recently passed away we needed to settle an extremely complicated reverse mortgage and sell his home. We attempted to deal with HUD ourselves and wasted many hours. On a suggestion from a friend, we turned the matter over to Casey and Lundregan. We heirs had expected little to no profit in selling the home once the reverse mortgage was settled but due to the efforts of Chris Casey and staff we were able to realize a significant amount of money after paying off the mortgage. Our family then experienced another “bump in the road”: a neighbor’s tree fell onto the property the day before we were set to close. Naturally the buyer was concerned. Contingencies and conditions were demanded of us. With a great deal of his time and efforts Mr. Casey solved it all in less than 24 hours without our incurring any additional expense related to property repair, or lowering the price of the home. The staff at Casey and Lundregan is effective, pleasant and very professional. We enjoyed working with them. It only took a short time for us to feel a great sense of confidence that the attorneys and staff would sell our home with its myriad of legal issues. My family has no doubt as to whom we would engage as council for any future legal or contract needs: Casey and Lundregan of course.

My sister and I could not have sold our dad’s house without the expert knowledge of Chris Casey and his amazing staff.Our dad passed away in January of 2021. He owed a tremendous amount of money on the house as a result of a reverse mortgage which was accruing quite a bit of interest. I was considering hiring an attorney to help me with a dispute involving my late father's estate so I contacted Casey & Lundregan. Their office staff was friendly and professional. Upon receiving a prompt call back from Chris Casey it quickly became clear that the cost of hiring them was going to be way out of line with what is at stake in my dispute. Still, Mr. Casey was very kind and helpful. He took time out of his day to listen to my story and gave useful advice on how to proceed with the case as I am representing myself. He didn't have to do that but seemed to honestly empathize with the me and the difficult situation that I am in.
