Josh was amazing throughout the entire legal process of buying a home. Every detail involved in purchasing our home was seamless. I cant say enough good things about Josh!! He knows his stuff. He was pleasant( not stuffy or pompous like most attorneys) promptly returned phone calls (even after hours & weekend) and as a first time home buyer eased our mind the entire process. He worked well with both our agent & lender like they were a seamless team. He saved our deal & made sure we didn't get taken advantage of from our landlord as we were purchasing our new home. If want to be able to sleep at night (because this process is a roller coaster of emotions) you need a good attorney, and you wont regret having Josh in your corner!!
