Mr. Moraski is what I call an "attention to detail attorney". His relationships that he's forged over the years with people in the criminal / legal world, will bring him far! His professional experience is priceless. His ability to litigate in front of a judge is incredible. Eloquent, professional, courteous, comprehensive, and smart is all I can say. I was charged with a crime after being rear ended at a red light. My crime was asking the police to many times to get the info on the driver that hit me. The police officer denied me of this info and arrested me for disorderly conduct, a crime punishable by 6 months incarceration. The police officer let the driver go who caused massive damage to 3 vehicles, because he knew him. The DA wanted me charged with a crime. Paul got the criminal complaint removed and lowered to a civil infraction all the while the officer and the DA wanted to prosecute me to fullest extent of the law! Paul your the best and I will be referring you to anyone that ever asks me "do you know a good attorney"?

Being unsure and frightened, Jamie explained my rights and fought (from the starting line) to keep me from being taken advantage of my opposing counsel. My countless emails were answered, my nerves soothed and I was painlessly guided through the process. I am an attorney who does not handle criminal matters. When my son got into some trouble, I consulted with, and hired, Attorney Moraski to represent him. Paul worked with the prosecutor and was able to get my son into a juvenile diversion program. We never had to step into a court room and my son will not have a criminal record. Though I hope I never need his services again, I highly recommend him and have referred him to clients of mine who are in need of a criminal defense attorney.

ok, I've been through the ringer in the court system one could say. Over a 20 page record. I have had "the best paid lawyers" (so i thought). I met Paul because he was appointment to me as to be my public defender, I forget why, but it was a true blessing in the sky. I ended up beating this case with Paul, i almost hired my "Best Lawyer in Mass" he told me there is no chance in hell, and to take a deal if they offer me one. i had a few other case at the time and i Hired Paul Moraski becuase I never seen a lawyer fight so hard for someone, never mind one that was appointment to me. I hired Paul for the remainder of my cases and it was the best decision Ive ever made. Like i said in the beginning, Ive been through this court system allot for 14 years of my life. Ive spent enough money to buy 3 house in the the past by crook lawyers. Paul was in contact with me and my family and involved in my case and worked it hard, and he turned 4 years of my life into A jail sentence to 18 months. Paul cares about and works each one of his clients just same as any other one of his cases, big or small, you get the same treatment. he didnt just represent me, he made me see that im better than this. Today im an owner of my own buisness and i never would of accoplished that if i went with any other lawyer. if you think im pulling you chain, sit in on one of his court case. he dont take no for an answer and will find a way (if there is one) to either get you out of your mess or the best deal period.
