Lindsey was the strong woman and the exact lawyer I needed during the toughest time of my life. Navigating through a divorce is extremely difficult and Lindsey met me exactly where I was at. I was emotionally beaten, mentally tired, and physically exhausted. I was having trouble processing through the divorce in a healthy way and when I could not fight anymore, Lindsey was compassionate, and she was a fighter when I needed rest. While attempting to keep my wits, and raise three children on my own, Lindsey looked out for my best interests and the interest of my children. When I was not thinking in the clearest of ways, Lindsey was able to speak to me and make me understand all the issues that come along with divorce procedures and proceedings. Even through mediation when my X was across the table, Lindsey was by my side, and I felt completely safe and in the best of hands. I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Lindsey Dulkis Patten for my divorce. She walked me through everything I needed to know for the proceedings as well as reminded me of things to keep in mind for my and my daughter’s future. Her main goal was to make sure things were fair and taken care of for my 5 year old. She responded quickly to all my emails even the foolish ones. She made me feel comfortable and calm while assuring me it would all be ok. She was able to finalize everything during the first hearing with the judge, no pretrial needed! Reflecting on my experience with Porcello Law Office, I can honestly say it was a positive one. I recently had to make a payment to this office in connection with a case. When I asked for a receipt for the payment to bring to court the administrative staff member became irate, aggressive, and confrontational.
