The Best lawyer intown, John is an awesome lawyer, Professional, caring, compassionate, Honest, knowledgeable. Punctual. Nice office, great atmosphere. His staff is great, Debbie is very nice, courteous, patient, understanding and professional. If you ever need a lawyer for your family, look no further than DiPiano Family law.

John and his team took over a case for me that involved a very difficult attorney on the other side. My case was floundering due in large part to bad lawyering by my previous attorney. John is thorough and careful to document everything in a way that reduces the chances of problems down the road. He does not have a combative or emotional practice style (combative is very expensive for you) and will help you to take some of your emotion out out of the process. He is assessable and responsive (and I am short on patients). His hourly rate is on the high side but his billing practices are very reasonable. The saying, "you get what you pay for", is especially true when it comes to lawyers representing you against a party that wants to take as much as they can from you.

Working with John was a seamless experience. He made communication simple, he coordinated appointments around my schedule, and he made himself very available to answer all my questions when I needed him. Debbie in the office is great as well. I never had an issue getting ahold of him which can be a typical issue when working with attorneys. If you're looking for a family law attorney, look no further. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend John and Ali more. For 6 years, they have become family to us and went above and beyond anything I would ever expect from anyone. They truly made the whole process understandable, broken down for someone who knew absolutely nothing about law, patient, kind, compassionate, and made the whole process of custody and divorce as seamless as possible. My family and I are forever grateful for all the hard work, long hours, unbelievable representation that John and Ali Have gave us. No bedside manner. Verbally abusive. Arrogant. Talks down to female clients. No preparation for court dates. I had to ask him on multiple occasions to talk nicer to me (ie stop yelling at me). I don’t think I was asking for much as I was paying him for a service. He kept telling me that I wasn’t remembering things correctly for example he would tell me something and when I brought it up again he would say I never said that. No direction or communication. If you are a female, NO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING TALKED DOWN TO AND VERBALLY ABUSED. LIES THROUGH HIS TEETH. He is even abusive to his staff and went through 3 or 4 assistants during my case. Ps they were all female. Ms. Celli is his only saving grace but honestly he was short with her too.

I have been a client of John DiPiano for over ten years. I came to him as a reference from my cousin. At the time I retained John as my attorney, I had been recently divorced and my ex-wife was continually dragging me back into court for any minor infraction. John quickly assessed my situation and was able to diffuse my over litigious ex-wife in a concise professional manner. Every charge was adjudicated prior to the court date negating the need to appear in court. John advocates hard for the needs of his clients. He puts the client’s best interest before his own financial gains. He has always been forthright with his fee structure and in most cases comes in under the amount requested in the retainer. John has been a trusted advisor for well over a decade. I have referred him many clients and they all have been very satisfied with his performance.

John is a consummate professional and a true advocate for his clients. After 20 arduous and painful months with my first attorney, I had a wake up call.
