My name is Marianne I am a RN who was heading home from a 12 hr shift working in the Er I was stopped at a red light waiting to turn when I was hit head on by a truck . I had a displaced sternal fracture which kept me out of work for 3 1/2 months I had Mark represent me thru a very complicated legal process. It was a stressful time and Mark guided me through the process with the Insurance company He put me at ease , and advocated for me and my family It was a great comfort knowing he had my back He is extremely knowledgeable at what he does . The most comforting part was how easily I could reach him . He responded to my emails and calls promptly I would highly recommend him

I recently used Sweeney and Merrigan to represent me. It makes sense why this firm has such a high rating. Mark Cashman was aces. He actually listened to everything i had to say and I could not be happier to have him represent me. Especially when 3 other attorneys didn’t want anything to do with the case. These guys will fight for their clients and get you what you deserve. I highly recommend using this firm and Mark in particular. Shot out to Peter Merrigan also. My experience with Mark at Sweeney Merrigan Law greatly exceeded my expectations. As difficult as this process has been, it could not have gone any smoother working with Mark. When I first reached out to this firm, I included a blurb about my case and Mark reached out immediately. My case was complex, but he did not dismiss it. Instead, he covered all the details with me and sent me an article that resembled my medical situation. He kept me in the loop as he consulted experts and he continued to update me for the next three years. Any time I reached out to him with a question, he responded quickly. He checked in with me every so often to discuss the case and he made sure that I felt prepared for both the deposition and the settlement meeting. This process is incredibly uneasy and it is difficult not knowing the outcome. Mark knew my case inside and out, and I always knew I could count on him. He kept me calm and collected and I could not have asked for a better attorney to work with.
