Do you want the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth? Well, that is not what my son and I heard today spew from his probation officers mouth. She wanted to eject him from drug court and have him do his suspended sentence of 2 1/2 years when she had evidence that he did not violate his probation. Imagine an officer of the court, under oath fabricating the truth? Well, Attorney Moraski countered her evidence with ours and proved to the judge that things did not happen the way she said they did! The judge gave us what Attorney Moraski asked for and my son will walk out on his own from jail in a few weeks. Attorney Moraski was diligent, professional, and performed in an outstanding manner today. He had listened to my son's story before the court date and did not judge him and thus took his case. My son will never have to deal with the injustice that she tried to serve on him today. I’m so grateful to have contacted Paul. I reached out to him in Jun 2022. It was my first time being in a domestic case as a defendant and first time dealing with court issues…. When I called Paul he assured me he will hold my hand and guide me through the whole process….I even had a warrant of arrest for an allegedly restraining order that was violated but Paul asked me to provide documents and he set up a date for court where the warrant was dismissed. Fast forward for trial Paul asked for a date that was convenient for me and we were able to talk more on the case. ON TRIAL day Paul was on time as usual and when we went to court the case was dismissed he even had the court override money I was being charged due to the warrant….. Paul is amazing and very methodical in his dealings…… He not only has a plan A he has a Plan B which made me feel less anxious.
