I am so grateful that I found attorney Paul Moraski. I was involved in a minor accident over Labor Day Weekend and criminally charged with hit and run. Once I got the summons to court I couldn’t sleep because a conviction would’ve possibly ruined my career. I spoke to 3 lawyers before Paul, and frankly they made me even more stressed as they seemed sleezy, and I could just tell they were trying to milk me for whatever they could and didn’t really care about my actual problem. One of them had a great strategy - he said you should hire me and just “throw yourself at the mercy of the court”. Yes, he actually said that and wanted to charge me good $$ to go with that well thought out plan; this after I explained about 90% of what was on the police report was inaccurate. Anyway, when I finally spoke to Paul (minutes after I filled out a form on his website) he had great ideas on strategy within seconds of hearing what happened, and was upfront about everything - process, probable outcomes, and costs. He also seemed very trustworthy, and after I met with him in person my mind was completely at ease. End result was the best outcome possible - court magistrate dismissed, and this was with police representation that was there not really wanting to go that way. Besides from being highly intelligent and ultra prepared, I could tell Paul is very well connected and respected very much by the people at our hearing. Yes, I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for a great defense attorney!

An unfortunate situation with my son was the reason that I hired Attorney Moraski. As a mother, you hire only the BEST for your children. From the moment I first spoke with him, he was honest and genuinely cared about the overall outcome of my son’s case which gave me a sense of reassurance that I hired the right attorney. He was always truthful with us and handled my son’s case with tenacity, diplomacy and professionalism. He made sure to take all aspects of possible outcomes into consideration when advising us. He is responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. A true legal genius!

if I didn't take time to write this n share something from the heart, then I wouldn't take the time to appreciate what my attorney Paul Moraski did for me representing me.. I had an oui charge n the case got dismissed in the first day of trial n in only 6 court appearances. I have my license in good standing, a future to look forward too n a lawyer I can count on.. he is very punctual, very smart, knows what he's doing a visionary in the court room and a bulldog any d.a. should worry about .. he does little things like have his clients police report in hand when he meets with them.. and even recommends how his clients should dress.. [ he even did a knot for my tie can u believe that] , well believe it.. he goes over the details of what's gonna happen that day in court and always has a smile in his face which is important to a client that doesn't know what can happen n might b nervous.. things happen it's life .. but if they do n when they do , u have Paul u can count on.. thank u paul ..

I would highly recommend Paul. I hired him during a time in my life when I was completely riddled with fear and uncertainty. I was unsure whether or not I would lose everything I had worked hard to achieve. He was professional, comforting and above all effective. His rates are more than reasonable considering the profound utility he offers as a defense attorney. After a short court hearing, with Paul by my side, all of my legal issues seemed like mere inconveniences. As a result, I have no record and I didn’t need to break my bank account.

My son had to defend himself against a driver that had extreme road rage and it quickly turned into a mess.
