I contacted her for advice after my son twice came home with marks from his teacher digging her nails into him, this teacher also violated FERPA by having pictures of him published when I signed a form for them not to be. Her advice was asking me repeatedly, badgering me with "what do you want?", "well WHAT do you want?" and telling me "you're not going to get the teacher fired" and "you're not going to get a million dollars". Just really unbelievable..
